Although Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube continue to dominate digital advertising in terms of revenue, Reddit’s rapid growth has made it a strong competitor.

According to eMarketer`s Worldwide Ad Spending Forecast 2025, Reddit`s ad revenue is expected to soar by an impressive 33% this year, making it the second fastest-growing company in the digital advertising sector. Only Mercado Libre is expected to surpass this growth, with a projected increase of over 40%.
Reddit`s revenue growth is even more impressive when compared to other tech and social media giants, which have dominated this list for years. In comparison, TikTok`s ad revenue is forecasted to grow by 32%, or 1% slower than Reddit. The ecommerce giant Amazon and one of the top-grossing social media platforms, Instagram, are far below these figures, with a projected 23% and 20% growth in 2025.
