The next generation ValPal Pro has launched with the ability to respond to new leads in just a few seconds.
And it can also do what most agents find it utterly impossible to do โ trawl through their entire database contacting clients and discovering which of them are buying, selling or letting.
The all-new system uses AI-calls and AI-texts to contact and nurture client leads and prioritise motivated sellers and landlords.

โBut when the lead comes in, agents are often out of the office doing valuations, viewings or a thousand other customer-related tasks.

When somebody uses the tool for an online sales or lettings valuation, as soon as it is received, ValPal Pro will make a call to the client, explain that it is a virtual assistant and ask what prompted the person to use the tool.
Goes into discovery mode
The AI can provisionally book in a valuation, which is then confirmed by the agent when he receives a summary of the transcript of the call. The agent then contacts the prospect to confirm the appointment.
If the initial call is unsuccessful, ValPal Pro will send an AI- SMS and continue conducting a similar process through AI-SMS.
As soon as ValPal Pro gets a positive response via voice or text, it goes into discovery mode and will find out as much information as it possibly can about the property and the seller.
If they donโt respond to the SMS, the lead automatically drops into a 12-month nurture funnel. But if the prospect does respond during that 12 month period, the whole process starts again.
ValPal Pro also includes an inbound Portal responder for buyer and tenant applicants.
Filters tenant applications
โFor buyer applicants, the Portal responder will identify if a buyer needs to sell before they can purchase a property, therefore generating a sales opportunity, said Vile.
โIt will also establish whether they are a cash buyer, or whether they require a mortgage โ again, generating mortgage leads as well as conveyancing leads, too.
โOn the lettings side, ValPal Pro automatically filters tenant applications via a qualification questionnaire. It will ask tenants, if they are letting already, to give their landlord details. It will also ask about broadband and utilities โ so itโs generating more inquiries there.
โOn top of all that, it will re-engage with agentsโ databases, identifying who is looking at selling or letting.
