Pulsetto, a healthtech company, has entered two of the most competitive retail markets – the US and the UK.

Its wearable, which applies bilateral vagus nerve stimulation (tVNS) to support sleep, recovery, and stress resilience, is now available at tm:rw’s flagship in Times Square, New York, Smartech Selfridges in London, and later this month at Boots UK, the country’s largest pharmacy chain.

Shelf space in these locations is limited. Retailers in Times Square and Selfridges accept few new entrants, which shows both demand for this category and confidence in Pulsetto’s device.

Pulsetto logged over 1 million mobile app sessions in July – a record that shows people are not just buying the device but using it regularly as part of their routine. First-half revenue reached €11M, and surpassed the full-year results of 2024. In Q2, the company’s revenue reached €6.65M, which was a 55.61% increase from Q1. The United States remains the main market, with the presence in Europe continuing to expand.

The company is currently in its Series A fundraising stage. This momentum sets the stage for the next phase of growth.

Povilas Sabaliauskas, a bioengineer focused on neuromodulation, is a co-founder of the company and serves as CEO. Fellow co-founder Vitalijus Majorovas leads strategy and expansion with his background in sleep and recovery.

“Wearables are no longer just gadgets – they’re becoming part of daily health routines. At Pulsetto, we see growth because stress management isn’t optional anymore. Expanding into retail moves us from online to trusted stores, and closer to our vision of making nervous system technology as common as morning coffee,” said Povilas Sabaliauskas, Pulsetto CEO.

Pulsetto has drawn attention from design, retail, and health industry circles. The company’s FIT device won the ECRM Buyers’ Choice Award in the Consumer Technology Session. It was also selected for the BIG SEE Product Design Award 2025 and nominated for the Grand Prix Award in the Personal Accessories & Lifestyle category. Pulsetto was named one of RangeMe’s Top 50 Health & Beauty Care Brands and featured in Mass Market Retailers Magazine.

Independent journalists tested the FIT device and featured it in The Times, Cybernews, Techopedia, GQ, The Globe and Mail, Forbes, Vogue, and presented at CES. MarketWatch named the wearable Best Stimulation Device for Anxiety in 2025.
