The latest analysis from Property Inspect reveals that UK public bodies spent almost £3bn (£2.92bn) procuring cloud software and digital services through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) G-Cloud framework during 2025/26, as the company announces it has been named as an approved supplier on the newly launched G-Cloud 15 framework.

Following the launch of GCA G-Cloud 15 this month, Property Inspect is now available to public sector organisations through the framework, giving buyers a faster and fully compliant route to procure its inspection, compliance and property management software.
Property Inspect analysed official UK Government Digital Marketplace sales data alongside Government Commercial Agency procurement records to examine spending through the G-Cloud framework. The analysis covers the 2025/26 financial year, together with cumulative spending since 2018, coinciding with the launch of G-Cloud 10.*
Designed for organisations responsible for large property portfolios, including local authorities, housing providers, NHS trusts, education providers and other public bodies, Property Inspect helps digitise inspections, compliance reporting, facilities management and maintenance workflows.
By joining G-Cloud 15, those organisations can now access the platform through an established procurement route, reducing procurement times while purchasing from a pre-approved supplier.
The scale of the framework underlines its importance across the public sector. During 2025/26 alone, public bodies spent £2.92bn through G-Cloud, accounting for 66.4% of all Digital Marketplace expenditure.*
Since 2018/19, more than £21bn has been spent through the framework, underlining the scale of G-Cloud as a route for government departments and public sector organisations to procure digital technology.
As G-Cloud continues to grow, the Government has retained one of its defining principles within G-Cloud 15, maintaining strong participation from both SMEs and larger technology providers. The framework now includes more than 2,700 approved suppliers, ensuring buyers have access to a broad range of specialist software alongside established enterprise providers.
